Senior Accountant
The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Accountant for a healthcare provider of support services across Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role owns month-end close, financial consolidation, and management reporting for a multi-entity healthcare operation, working hands-on across QuickBooks, Sage, Workday, and AlayaCare.

What you’ll bring
- CPA designation (or in final stages) with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on month-end and year-end close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
- Financial consolidation across multiple entities or cost centres
- Management reporting: monthly statements, variance analysis, board-ready packages
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage
- Experience with Workday Financials
- AlayaCare experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare or not-for-profit accounting an asset
- Advanced Excel: large data sets, pivots, lookups
- Strong communicator, able to partner with operations on budgets and forecasts
