Our client is seeking an AI Process Lead for a contract engagement to uncover, design, and deliver AI-powered efficiency gains across the business, centred on their NetSuite platform and the processes around it. You will immerse yourself in how the company truly operates, lead discovery sessions with operations, warehouse, finance, and sales teams, chart core NetSuite workflows, rank automation opportunities by return on investment, and deploy AI tools and automations in partnership with the internal IT team — covering change management, training, documentation, and a forward-looking roadmap.

What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated history of delivering AI or automation projects with measurable efficiency gains
- Excellent process analysis — quickly pinpoint where effort is wasted in an unfamiliar business
- Practical experience with AI automation tooling and workflow platforms
- At ease in and around ERP systems; able to get up to speed on NetSuite fast
- Skilled at explaining AI solutions in plain language so teams embrace them
- Strong project and stakeholder management, disciplined delivery style
- Experience ranking opportunities by business impact and ROI
- Change management background — coaching users so new tools stick
- Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable cloud platforms a plus
- Consulting, business analysis, or operations leadership background a plus
