Director, Identity and Access Management
The opportunity
Our client is searching for a forward-thinking leader to head up identity and access management across the organization. You will own the full identity landscape — how accounts are governed, how people securely sign in, and how access is granted and removed — and drive a cloud-first strategy anchored on the One Identity suite. You will set the direction for the identity program, build and guide the team, work with technology, security, and business stakeholders, and keep access secure, compliant, and easy to use as the organization grows.

What you’ll bring
- 10+ years in identity and access management, including 5+ years leading teams or programs
- Success creating and delivering enterprise-wide identity strategy and governance
- Hands-on with identity governance platforms — One Identity preferred; SailPoint or Saviynt valued
- Solid grasp of the identity lifecycle: onboarding, role changes, offboarding, privileged access
- Familiarity with modern authentication and directory standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, SCIM)
- Experience managing identity across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), including hybrid
- History of partnering with security, compliance, HR, and business groups
- Experience supporting audits: access reviews, certification campaigns, segregation-of-duties
- Strong leadership presence; clear communicator with executives
- Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or related; security certs a plus
