IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain)
The opportunity
Our client in the mining industry is looking for an IT Business Analyst focused on supply chain systems. You’ll support the Business Applications project leads in planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient business systems — gathering and analyzing data for business cases and systems requirements, generating reports with findings and solutions, and helping maximize the return on IT system investments across supply chain functions.

What you’ll bring
- Diploma or degree in business administration, computer science, or MIS, plus 3+ years related experience
- 3+ years deploying and supporting software implementations (cloud, hosted, on-premise)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience gathering and documenting business and systems requirements
- Report development: Power BI, Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP supply chain modules
- Cost-benefit and ROI analysis for proposed systems
- End-user testing, training, and post-implementation support
- Excellent written and oral communication, technical and non-technical
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
